These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of COIL Services’ website and services. By using our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

COIL Services provides:

CRM setup

Funnels & landing pages

Automations

Domain setup assistance

A2P registration assistance

Ads management & optimization using client ad spend

Ongoing support

All services are covered by the signed Client Service Agreement, which overrides any conflicting information.

2. Payments & Subscriptions

Setup fees are non-refundable.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

Chargebacks or disputes are considered a material breach of contract.

Client must maintain valid payment information.

Client must provide their own advertising budget.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

Specific number of leads

Cost per lead

Sales performance

Appointments

ROI or income results

Advertising results vary based on market conditions and client actions.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate onboarding information

Maintain ad accounts in good standing

Follow connection steps for CRM and integrations

Maintain sufficient ad spend

Respond to support communication in a timely manner

Comply with all insurance, advertising, and legal regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All:

Funnels

Workflows

Automations

Ads

Designs

CRM configurations

…created by COIL Services remain the intellectual property of COIL Services.

Clients receive a limited-use license while subscribed.

6. Termination

We may terminate the relationship immediately for:

Non-payment

Abuse toward staff

Fraud

Illegal activity

Violation of advertising policies

Chargebacks

Upon termination, all access to platform assets is revoked.

7. Limitation of Liability

COIL Services is not liable for:

Lost profits

Ad account bans

CRM downtime

Third-party platform issues

Data loss

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which the service is provided.
